Iron on Labels
Our iron on Labels are perfect for kids school jackets, uniforms and sports wear. The iron on labels come in two sizes the smaller sized iron on labels are perfect for kid’s clothes. The larger iron on labels are especially suitable for the elderly i.e ., those with poor sight and those in nursing homes etc, it’s important in nursing homes that iron on labels are larger so that staff in the laundry who process large amounts of clothes can identify them quickly, this is also true of any short-term or long term residential care (e.g. hospital).

Iron on Labels

The labels arrive with the name of the adult or child printed onto the labels with a font, colour and icon of your choice, we do not limit the number of letters available on our iron on labels, but recommend a maximum of about 30 in the name on our iron on labels, to make them easily legible.

The iron on labels can come with or without an icon, for younger children an icon can be helpful for them to identify their clothes before they can read, for older kids the icons are optional but most think they are cool, for the elderly icons are not commonly used.

The iron on labels are simply applied by placing the label on the garment placing a specially supplied heat resistant blue label protector over the label and ironing for 10-12 seconds, allow the label and blue protector sheet to cool down (usually a couple of minutes) and remove the blue protector and that’s it on to the next piece of clothing.
